Embed video and PPT in Chatbot

I need to be able to embed a PPT and/or a video in the chatbot responds

Is this supported and how do I get it to work?

Hi Lars,

Stefan is right. One exception is that the SAP Conversational AI Web Client has some support for videos but it is will hidden in the documentation (here and here).

So you can create a custom message of type "video", or you can simply add a link to a supported video service (like Youtube) in an "image" responsie.

jean-yves.guyomarch I created web client channle but put in standard web page (don't know if that made a difference). Then I added the following as custom message:

But the video did not display. What am I doing wrong?
