Enforcing a language (english) for users

Hi there,
I uploaded my Business User with language key EN but still when the users logs on to the ERP System he will get a german System (FIORI S4). Is there a way that I enforce the starting language of the users ERP System? I found the launchpad settings ab, but there I can only prevent the users from changing the language.

did you check the setting for the "Logon language" in the ERP system (transaction SU3 > tab "Defaults" for the own user)?

Thank you for your response! The App SU3 does not exist in SAP S4 HANA Public Cloud 😕

Hi Stephen,

I just read your latest comment. Unfortunately I didn't see a chance to changing a default language(however on the other hand as you said you have the option to prevent them changing it). Instead, if the administrator has allowed it, user may select Browser Language in the Language setting as the language. The launchpad will then be reloaded when you save the changes. More details please refer to this help document.
