Exporting Master data to Ariba_CIG through PI

Hello Experts,

We are trying to export the Master data through Standard program ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT by Full Load of Sourcing and Contracts and flagging the below.

By executing, its creating file in AL11 and simultaneously creating a proxy messages, these proxies has been successfully sent to Ariba_CIG

You can see a Zip file created in attachment folder and content in encoded format(Base64)

But its getting failed in in CIG as below

Below Error comes with no data in file

and the below error when the data arrives

Not sure why sometimes its arriving with data in CIG and sometimes not, even though we are executing same test procedure.

For this scenario, we are having proxy to XML using PI having basic authentication, Do I miss any configurations in ECC/PI . Can you guys help me on this?
