Filter Line isn't bringing in Hierarchies

So I have been receiving this error in SAC in one of my stories that has previously been working perfectly fine. 

And I Learned it is due to the fact that the filter line I am currently utilising is not bringing in the hierarchies with the members which makes it so that my data action can not run. 

( I am using not in hierarchy to try and limit the amount of information I share) Essentially, as you can see the unassigned value is selected in Not in hierarchy but it is not selecting the hierarchy and this is only happens when I attempt to filter using my filter line. Is there any solution to this? I can not seem to figure it out.

My model got updated which meant I had to re save my data actions.
