to 3.10 or above, we find getDestinationServiceUri is deprecated, which new function should use instead?

There's no 1:1 replacement for this function. For working with destinations in general, please checkout the documentation. If you explicitly need the destination service's URI, you can parse it from the VCAP_SERVICES environment variable.
