Use Start Timer and then choose which option you want, similar to this photo :

You can't, however, you can use request-reply and connect it to a receiver instead of a Sender, because to trigger an iflow, you can either connect the sender to start the message and this way it will be triggered once you receive a payload from the sender, or by a timer which I believe it is what you are looking for, see the below image
