How to configure a fiori standard app which does not have a tile?

Hello everyone:)

Can anyone please let me know how to configure this app-

This app is not visible to user in luanchpad as there is no tile for this standard app provided. So what steps I should do that user can access this app in luanchpad / can navigate to this app in their system.

According to the Fiori Apps Library documentation for the app F5487, this app is available only for SAP S/4HANA 2022 onwards. Is your S/4HANA landscape on the same version? If not, then the tile/target mapping for this app won't be available in your system.

yes its version is SAP S/4HANA 2022 FPS01.
