How to create Fragments in MDK?

Could please tell us on how to create fragments in MDK App? do we have UI components for creating form elemenet in MDK?

Yes we have controls for form inputs. We call them form cells in MDK. You can add a Form cell section to your Section page and then add the form cell controls in or create a Form Cell page and add the form cell controls to that page. From your screen shot I would expect you to use the following controls.

Simple Property

Date Picker

List Picker
