Hello Experts,
Could you please let me know , how to get last processors chnage request in SAP MDG
Hi Mallika,
1) If you are looking for a list of final check approvers/processors then based on your change request type you have to analyse MDG BRF workflow by following path: General Settings->Process Modelling->Workflow->Rule-Based Workflow->Configure Rule Based Workflow or directly by using transaction code 'USMD_SSW_RULE'. You will get the steps & levels of approvers in Single value decision table. Based on last level & depending upon configuration of BRF workflow, you will get dynamic agent selection service name(last column).Based on this service name you will get to know list of processors & how those are determined in agent determination BADI(you can debug it). Sometimes it can be based on role also. Role name you will get from User Agent Decision table. Once you get the role then you can determine the list of all users(final check approvers/processors) assigned to that role.
2) If you are looking for last approver who has approved your change request then you can refer Anirban's answer.
or you can check it in USMD120C table also.
Please revert in case it is useful.
Thanks,
Nilesh

Hi naseemallika14 ,
You can check the workflow log to see who has processed the MDG change request.
The workflow monitor will be available at the top your MDG change request screen.
