How to import .mtar file in Portal service to add it in Site Manager

Hi,
I am working on Migration of my Enterprise portal content to my Cloud Platform portal.
I have an issue in importing and configuring the portal content.

The reference links I was following are shown below:

https://help.sap.com/viewer/20725aab9f77447989234416da825f8a/1.0/en-US/c1a1912380c04adc84097902e9c23...

https://blogs.sap.com/2018/08/27/how-to-migrate-portal-content-from-sap-enterprise-portal-to-the-clo...

I have exported the portal content and by default it is getting exported as a .mtar file. In the portal service, I am only able to import a .zip file. ( Is it possible to export the Enterprise content in a .zip format?)

The below screenshot is my site manager in SCP Portal service.

The site manager only accepts a .zip file to be imported. But in the blogs and SAP Help websites, it says a .mtar file can also be imported, but I do not see an option here to import .mtar file.

Below is the screenshot of the blog that I was following.

But in my SCP portal only .zip is acceptable format. I am using my trial account's portal service. Is that an issue here?

P.S: I am quite new to this and I need some directions as the blog that i was referring is also from 2018 and a lot of things are changing in the cockpit recently. So I am not sure if I am following the right path too. Is there any pre -requisites that I missed out ?
