How to Replicate Profit Center from S4 on prem to Successfactors?

I have a requirement to Replicate profit center from on Prem Hana system to SuccessFactors .

Can someone help how I can achieve this ?

I don't know whether there is any standard integration content for this scenario in the SAP Business Accelerator Hub, but if not, then you could use the Profit Center – Send API and build an interface to SuccessFactors using SAP Cloud Integration.
