Dear experts

How is the SmartMeterUtilitiesMeasurementTaskERPPointOfDeliveryAssignedNotification triggered? in SAP IS-U I've tried allocating devices/installation to PoD but doesn't seem to trigger this message. I've looked at the SAP content and I am not winning. If you can point me in the right direction that would be helpful

Bill install will send the notification - SmartMeterUtilitiesMeasurementTaskERPPointOfDeliveryAssignedNotification_Out, out to MDUS. This service will inform the POD allocation to MDUS. So make you are performing billing relevant installation of the device.
