this is normal mouse cursor when i put on 4 dots

after i adjust size, it doesnt work

There's no response to bring to 4dots or not

removed and installed the program already and updated the version also

I cant program anymore

I remember that it was a bug in SAP GUI explained in note 2527919: go to SE16, edit the entry in table RSEUMOD for your user, increase the value of WIDTH to say 200 and save, then try SE80 again.
