IDoc from ECC to CPI on local runtime - error - SoapFault:faultstring=No namespace on "" element.

Hi Experts,

I am trying to set up an IDoc->CPI iFLow (local PO runtime)->S/4 HANA. I am however not able to receive IDoc correctly. I created the iFlow in CPI, exported and imported into local PO runtime.

On ECC side we created a connection type G - HTTP Connection to External Server to which the IDoc is sent to.

In PO runtime I am getting error "SoapFault:faultstring=No namespace on "FIDCCP02" element. You must send a SOAP message.; faultcode={http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}VersionMismatch"

What is wrong? Should I create a different type of connection? Or why it says the namespace is missing?

Hi Peter,

You have to edit the Port in ECC. There is a checkbox to activate SOAP envelopes.
