You can use SAP Digital Manufacturing APIs to integrate with your LIMS application. check SAP DM APIs here  SAP Business Accelerator Hub and stepwise approach to invoke APIs Prepare for API Integration | SAP Help Portal .

It depends on what data you want to integrate from LIMS and what are integration interfaces available to LIMS, can drive the integration.
