Is it possible to extend a standard SuccessFactors app with a custom popup?

Hi,

We have a requirement to add candidate details when an agency submits them to a job requisition.

I wanted to understand if it is possible to use a custom popup when clicking "Add Candidate" as the standard ones do not allow for comments to be added.

Assuming it is not possible, then a full custom extension will need to be implemented.
