IT Service Management App - Text missing

Hi there,

I am trying to setup the mobile app for service management and are running into some issues (on SP6). It is working fine when I login and create an incident - but:

- When I click categorization and try to choose a category - the app crash - no errors.

- System IT asset is filled out in backend - but empty on the mobile.

- When trying to watch the text log - there is an error "there was an unknown error syncing with the gateway" and when investigating this further it looks like a syntax error.

- Can't see attachments, same error as above.

Does anyone have experience with setting this up?

For SP06 the following note should be implemented to fix this issue: SAP Note 1736513.

Hi Amine,

We upgraded to SP08 and it solved the problem. But I think you note will solve it aswell.
