Missing Insert button in "Related Transaction" assignment block

Hi All,

When creating the incident, I am not able to find insert button under "Related transaction" assignment block. For the related transaction component SRQM_REL_TSER has been assigned. Could you please help me to get the Insert button under this assignment block.
