Need clarification on systems for Snote implementation & Managed System configuration.

Hello SAP,
We have below concerns/queries:
1) Is Security S-notes implementation required in (SAP Cloud Connector) and (SAP Convergent Mediation) systems? If yes, please let us know how to implement S-notes.
2) Is it possible to do "Managed Systems Configuration" for these 2 systems in production solman system?
Could you please clarify on these two concerns/queries.

Dear customer,

Regarding your concerns, 
1. Security notes implementations are required in various SAP systems, so it should be the same for your systems. 
Please refer to How to Implement SAP note in SNOTE - SAP Community for implementing SAP note in SNOTE. Should you have other concerns regarding note implementation, please contact component BC-UPG-NA for further support.
2. It is possible to do managed system configuration for these systems in solution manager.
