Need help if I need this note for ITS

Hi guys. I need your help please.

My system: sap abap 702sp14, sap basis 702sp14

Req note: 1501768

I understand the note that I only need it when we have a use the ITS? Is that right?

My company use ICM, is the ICM different or actual version of ITS so that we dont have ITS? How can I find out our ITS version?

Is this note only optional steps? Sorry i am very confused can you help me please?

I dont know. This note 1501768 is prereq for note 2114798. So for me is 2114798 important but the other note is prerequsit therefore I am looking if I really need to implement the 1501768 before the other one

I have another question. Can you tell me what for note is the note 1501768 ? I mean is this only manuel step to do or must I have make the manuel steps in addition to download the note via SNOTE transaction?
