Outbound proxy issue in CPI

Hi CPI Experts,

This is outbound proxy interface in CPI and received messages successful from s4hana to CPI but failed in CPI with this error " failed with message "Fault:Quality Of Service not set in the message. This is not an XI message''.

i have already given QOS as BE in XI adapter in CPI.

could you please suggest me on this issue.

Where the sap system is available? On premise sap or cloud sap.

Thanks for the response.

we are pushing the data from SAP RISE ( on-premise) to SAP CPI through cloud connector.

SPROXY configuration and soamanger configuration already done in the SAP system. while triggering the data from SAP ( on-premise) to CPI , getting error like failed with message "Fault:Quality Of Service not set in the message. This is not an XI message.

could you please suggest me on this issue.
