Managers logged into the SAP Portal are frequently getting the following error message when they try to approve their employees' time sheets:
500 Connection timed out Connection timed out
Error: -5

This only seems to happen when managers try to approve time for their employees in MSS. It doesn't happen everytime though. Sometimes they go to Approvals and open an employees time immediately and they can approve it. Other times they click on the approval request and it just sits there until the ICM times it out.
