"Team overview"

Hello,

Currently, Managers cannot see their indirect report's performance review. I've troubleshooted via "Manage Route Map" ("start of review" is checked), as well as looked at "Manage Permission Roles ("team overview access" is checked). 

Any further guidance is appreciated. Thank you!

@astuck Hi, the indirect reports will only show for a manager who is part of the workflow of the review. If the manager is not in the workflow, they will not be able to see the employee in the Team Overview. Here is a KB that lists a number of things that may help: https://me.sap.com/notes/2078755/E

Verify that the managers have been assigned the correct user roles with appropriate permissions to access performance reviews. Ensure that they have been assigned the necessary roles at the appropriate organizational level to view reviews for their indirect reports. Check if there are any security settings or restrictions in place that may be preventing managers from accessing performance reviews. This includes both system-level security settings as well as any custom security configurations that may have been implemented. Try accessing performance reviews for indirect reports using test user accounts that have been assigned the same roles and permissions as the managers experiencing the issue. This can help determine if the problem is widespread or specific to certain users.
