Representation of data (from AL08 ) as a pie chart

So AL08 in sap provides details about the no. of sessions/users which are logged in, inside the sap, at the moment. I am looking for a way, to visualize this information as a pie chart or bar chart, this would help to understand what kind of sessions brings in the most traffic and could serve as a good metric to understand ; what causes the most load on a system usually. Is this possible ? or Is there any other way to get this information

Hi,

there is no readily available solution.

Options:

1. wrap the program RSUSR000 as per the needs and extract the data to generate reports/graphs (even fully automate by integrating with Excel VBA and generate PPT from that).

2. Check and activate /SDF/MON and try to take the detailed snapshots to work on further analysis (this will be more accurate as AL08 will show only the snapshot at the time AL08 was executed).

3. EWA reports as mentioned already in the comments.

Note: It depends on the goal that you want to achieve. AL08 is good in terms of checking active sessions/concurrent users + see the sessions taking are occupying system resources for longer period of time. Unless you snapshot this very frequently, you may missout on vital parts in the analysis.

It also depends on what metric you are looking for (traffic by user type, network in general, usage of system resources, etc.,)

Thanks for providing so many options Balaji, I guess until this isn't provided by default since it seems like a very common thing, developing a custom solution might be the right thing to do.
