Restrict the apps displayed in Preview app

Hi Team,

Any inputs of how we can restrict the apps to be displayed in the Preview App.

if we dont want any one who has the QR Code plays around with App .

I know we can create a logon page where we can restrict the users from entering the App.

But can we directly not display the app.

Any leads would be helpfull.

Hi Ratna, thanks for your question!

Unfortunately, you cannot restrict some of the apps/projects as QR code is dedicated to your account. However, if you still share your QR code with others, and want to share some specific apps/projects, there are 2 ways to do it:

1) If you are using enterprise edition and other people you are sharing the project with are using the same subaccount with you: You can use project sharing function so that only the selected projects in your account will be visible to assigned people. https://docs.appgyver.com/docs/project-sharing#sharing-your-project

2) If you are using community edition and/or other people you are sharing the QR code with are not using the same subaccount with you: Then, you can simply create a login screen with password and make this page as a home page. You can add an "input field" and ask for a code/password, and you can add a logic into this. So, only validated users will be able to go to next page of your app (which is the actual first page of your app).
