Row Limitation in SAC Analytics Designer

Hi experts,

is there any way to remove or edit the row limitation for tables in SAC Analytics Designer? I need to show the employee detail for a specific department and some of them have more than 500 employees.

The Edit Drill Limitation is only working for SAC Stories.

Hello jrodrig4,

You can change row limit for individual tables by changing "Drill limit option". This works for both story as well as apps/ designer. Option is not readily available under styling or designer. Instead you need to first get to a warning message like below, before you can get into drill limit option window.

Once you are inside the option window you are free to choose custom and unlimited .

Again this option only appears if your selected dataset in table try to show more than 500 rows or more than 60 columns or both.

If you change this setting during edit more and then save the changes, updated stays and if end user perform this change during run time change becomes temporary for this instance.

There are couple of enhancement available for voting. These enhancements will help support this feature better. Feel free to vote on them.
