SAP ALM integration with teams

I have successfully connected Microsoft Teams with SAP ALM using webhooks and external API management. However, I am facing difficulties in sending notifications and other information from SAP ALM to Microsoft Teams. I have created projects, assigned timestamps, sprints, and tasks, and prepared tests,but I am not receiving any notifications in Teams. I need assistance in understanding how to send the notifications effectively.
