SAP Analytics Cloud for planning - Limiting selectable Account-Elements for Data Action Parameter

Hi friends,

I want to set up a Data Action which is writing on selected elements within my Account-Dimension.

I have set up a parameter which asks for the element (Leaf-member) within the Account Dimension. So far so good.

What I want to do now is, that i limit the selectable elements which the user can select to tun the Data Action. My Account Dimension has a large number of elements and only a few are neccessary for my Data Action. So how can I add this limitation?

If the account hierarchy does not accomplish what youa re trying to accomplish, then how about creating/using a property for the dimension and entering a specific the property value only for thse members that you want the users to see? You can use that property as the filter
