SAP BTP Custom IDP returning /saml-error without any error details for Business users

We have implemented a custom IDP for one of our subaccount as Business users, but during Authentication it returns /saml-error, When a get request is fired for "/saml-error" it gives only attribute value without any details.

How to identify what went wrong and where can I find the Custom IDP logs?

If you're using IAS as custom IdP, then you can find more info in the Troubleshooting logs

Not using any IAS.

Only Custom IDP, with roles like (PI-Integration Developer) assigned to attribute.

Is it possible to use logs as specified in 2942816 - How to export and self-analyze Troubleshooting logs from Identity Authentication - SAP for... if only Custom IDP is used?

if the error occurs after login in BTP, thrown by XSUAA, then it is very difficult to get the logs: as a normal user, we don't have access to XSUAA logs ;-(

I'm not familiar with custom IdP other than IAS, I'm sorry
