SAP BTP(Role comparision between users)

Is there a way to compare/check roles comparaions for users in BTP(Cloud) env similar like ABAP stack(SUIM).

Reason, I have provided similar roles for two users. one user is having access to meta view, download, configure, but another user who has same access, but authorization is grey-out for meta data view, upload, configure,etc.

Any input is appreciated.

please provide some information about the environment, for example SAP BTP, CF Feature set B.

You have two users in your subaccount A and B and these two users have end-user roles C and D assigned from a specific Application E deployed on the platform?

Is application E a self developed application or an SAP application?
