SAP Build Process Automation My inbox app not available in Launchpad

Hi,

I followed all the steps indicated here:

To create a Launchpad site for my Process Automation stuff.

But there is no My Inbox App being presented when I load the content, in Step 6 it shows that there is a My Inbox app

But when I am doing the same in my BTP it does not work:

What I am doing wrong please?

TL:DR: Install a SBWA service plan into your sub-account.

I also experienced this problem, there was an issue with how I had provisioned SBWA. What I think can be confusing is the difference between a "service plan" and an "application plan".

I hope that helps others facing these challenges.

This will also allow you to create the SAP Build Workflow Automation BTP destination from the service templates.
