SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Foundry Subaccount stuck in "Update Pending"

I have tried to extend my Cloud Foundry account, but the subaccount is stuck in "Update pending" for days.

There is no option to delete the subaccount, stop the update or restart it.

I even tried to create a new subaccount, but was unsuccessful. When I used subdomain "trial" I get an error message that the subdomain is in use; when I tried a different subdomain I got "Could not create new subaccount: (500)" error message.

Have you tried deleting the subaccount and creating it again?

I couldn't do anything about it, and that includes deleting it.

The only thing that finally helped was that I renewed the account several times until the total of 90 days quota was used, and the whole account was deleted and re-created automatically.
