SAP DataServices Crashes when viewing data on Extractors

Hi All,

We are having a problem with DS 4.1 (14.1.2.378) when clicking on magnifying
glass on SAP Extractors the designer crashes.

Anyone have any idea why? I was googling the problem but nothing is come up.

I just needed a confirmation; we'll go ahead and apply the patch 2.
