When editing a simulation/recording in Producer, Producer is shutting down. We are facing this issue at our customer for all different authors (so no local problem). Any idea what the reason should be?
Do you get an error message when it closes or does it just close? If you get an error message, please share the message. If you don't get an error message, it means that it's not Producer closing down but something closing Producer. The most likely reason is that your virus scanner is closing Producer; it thinks Producer is a virus. Can you please have your IT team take a look in the virus scanner logs to see if that is causing the issue. If it is, your virus scanner must be updated to not attack the Producer executable files.
Hey Shane, please find attached the error log file. I also had the issue with text bubbels in bookpages. This morning everything worked normal... strange...
