You have the configuratuon for Gmail as well in the documenttaion.

Thank you for the answer. I did follow the instructions. for my client/organization email, I have the same issue.
for gmail set-up I am receiving a message that you don't have admin access and still getting the same issue.
Would you know what particular issue or description this image shows? I don't know if its an authentication, smtp issues or something needs to be configured on the btp global account.
