Hi,

Since approximately 04:43 UTC on 22 Aug 2018, customers may have experienced a disruption on multiple regions of the SAP Cloud Platform.
Engineers have found and addressed an issue within the Network setup which returned most of the services to normal operations.
Presently, customers may still experience a disruption on the Europe (Rot) [neo-eu1] region, in particular with Lifecycle management services, Web IDE and Workflow services of the SAP Cloud Platform. Engineers are now investigating and an update will be provided shortly.
