I am using SAPUI5 and I would like to have an input field or a text area to add a comment/note. But at the same time, I would like to mention other users. Normally, on other apps (like Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.), this is done via adding the "@" on front of the name of the user and then automatically would come the helper or the suggestions with the list of users.
I could always add a specific and separate input field for it, but it is nicer and cleaner to have the possibility to do everything inline.
I would say, the list of users (with their ID and complete name, for example) would be stored in a model, to be able to access them. Ideally, once the user has been completed (selected?), they would be represented as links as part of the input field or text area once we have finished with the comment/note.
Does anyone of you know how to do it? I have googled it and I haven't found any solution for it.
