Screen capture and recording

It appears that screen capture and recording have been turned off at the application level. This unfortunately prevents the use of remote support tools to support our end users.

This may be important for SAP builds at a corporate level; however, would it be possible to have this as an option for the community group please? Possibly in the user profile or Global page area.

Hello glidingclub ,

We had to change the old process because it was not secure enough, but we are thinking about an option where you as the end user can decide whether you want to allow screen sharing or not.
