Server-Side Error in SCP Europe (Rot) - Trial Account

I enabled the "mobile services, user" in my Neo Trial account. But as soon as I access the mobile service cockpit I receive a server-side error.

HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

And when I e.g. try to access the mobile cards the screen is nearly empty - offering no actions:

Is this a general issue with the SCP or are mobile cards not supported in the trial accounts? Didn't find any clear information about it.

The issue is not solved.

My Neo Trial account (Service: "mobile services, user") has the same issue.
