SPA Settings tab says "refused to connect"

I have SPA set up, and I can access lobby and monitoring and store, but settings tab shows this:

I have made some project successfully previously.

Also, I have desktop agent -- how does it get updated with latest version?

Hello,

  • Please whether you have the proper right for the user account using BTP Cockpit:
  • Check whether your browser is not having a problem: Launch the same url in "incognito mode" with Chrome or Edge for instance.

I already has the ITAdmin permission. I tried again today and I can get the Settings tab. My projects are opening very slowly though.
