We have SAP BO 4.2 SP9 on premise and the same has been implemented on AWS Cloud. We can login using SSO/AD on the on premise BO but it is not authentication in the cloud installation. All configurations are exactly the same. Can anyone point out what could be missing or should be checked to get this working.
We are in the same situation in AWS. Have you Kattari or Shilpa found a solution?
