Table formatting

I have a table with live data from BW in a story which I created in the new design experience.
I would like to achive a formatting with vertical lines or with background color like this:

Is there a way to get this kind of formatting?

To my understanding option one isn't available at this time.

If there is a way to achieve option one please let me know.

Hi,

You can achieve option 2, by filling the cell color in the styling panel.

Thank you for your answer.
is it possible to create the styling for a changing number of columns? I have a model with BW live model and the number of clolumns and lines can change every day.
What I would like to achive is, that every second column with the dimension "month" (see screenshot above) is formatted with a color.
