There are a few different ways that the integration can be done:
Direct integration: The Travel & Expense Management software can connect directly to the ERP system and exchange data in real-time. This allows for a seamless flow of data between the systems and eliminates the need for manual data entry.
Batch integration: The software can extract data from the ERP system on a regular basis (e.g., daily or weekly) and then process and upload the data into the Travel & Expense Management software.
Hybrid integration: A combination of the above two, where some data is exchanged in real-time, and some is done in batch mode.
