Unable to See Created Process in Call Workflow Option.

Hi Experts,

1.I've encountered a challenge with SAP Build Process Automation. I successfully created a process and now intend to use it as a Sub process in another Project/Process. But the Issue is I'm unable to see the process I've Created. Can anyone please assist me in resolving the issue?.

2.Regaring subprocess usage:

• Should the created process be in the same project to usable?
• Alternatively, Can I have it in a different project and still use it in another project?

Hello @saravanan.k02,

Please see the below points:

1. If you want to add a Workflow created in Business Application Studio as a subprocess, then only you should click on "Call Workflow" option.

2. If you want to add Process A as a Sub-Process in Process B, please ensure that Process A does NOT have a Trigger Form. If it has a Trigger Form, you don't see that to select as a Sub-Process.
