Unable to see my target Identifier under Content Change Notifications in S/4 system

I am following the official documentation to enable automatic content change notifications in my S/4 system to expose Launchpad content to BTP (SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition):

In the documentation, Managing Content Change Notifications, after I successfully create a RFC destination and register it using tocde /UI2/CDM3_EXP_CCNREG, I am supposed to see my connection upon clicking Content Change Notifications button in tcode /UI2/CDM3_EXP_SCOPE, however it's coming up empty.
