Workflow Builder in Public Cloud

Dear All,

Since the workflow builder does not exist in PB clould. However, regarding to our customer requirement we need to set the approval workflow for PR/PO following below criteria.

- Multiple level

- Amount
- Department
- Document type
- Purchasing group
- Purchasing org.
- Plant
- Requester

- Cost Center

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sourcing and Procurement" for this Tag, as Purchase Orders are Objects of Sourcing and Procurement Line of Business.

Thank you for your question. Public cloud does support workflows for both PR's and PO's. The respective apps are as following:

Please explore both to see if they solve your problem as well as reading through the documentation I have provided above. There are two BAdIs available too that could help you customize the workflows to your needs.
