Workflow Management - Form not Loading in Inbox Task to Approve

Hello,

Any one already faced the problem where one form used for approval is not being loaded in the respective task?

Business Service: Capital Expenditure Approval Process

The Workflow is running fine and in the logs all tasks are being created. However, when i go to "My inbox" app, cannot see the form to be able to click on "Approve", which was a button created for this purpose.

Error Message: Could not load data. Please reach out to your help desk.

Hi - This happened with me when I had a float data type and used a string data type ( something like this ). Please check the form fields data type one more time to be sure that you have set them correctly.

Hello Srinivas,

Indeed you were correct. There were 4 fields which i incorrectly defined as "String" and should be "Float".

They slipped through my eyes. Thank you very much for your support. Will mark this as closed.
