you cannot access this subaccount because you are not a subaccount member or administator

Hi Friends,

We have newly created a CF subaccount and added a new administrator user into that account.

While trying to access that Sub account user is getting 

"you cannot access this subaccount because you are not a subaccount member or administrator"

And it is not allowed to go to this account.

I have chcked sap notes 

3079819 - Unable to access Global Account or subaccount after migration to Feature Set B

2868508 - ERROR: You cannot access this subaccount because you are not a subaccount member or administrator - SAP BTP

and others but it is not helpful.

If in case any of you have any inside please help here.

Hi Atul,

check if the user you are logging in has the respective roles mentioned here in this help document. Ensure u have logged out successfully and trying to login with the correct user (also try incognito mode)

Hi Mahesh,Yes it has sub-account administrator role assigned,we tried incognito but no luck.

@AtulKumarJain is there any custom ias configured? It can be a case that u might have assigned the rile to the user assigned to custom ias and trying to login with default ias which doesnt have the role..
