Same Intent for Enhanced Fiori App

Hi All

I have enhanced Standard Fiori App - Manage Automatic Payments. I want to use the same intent configuration as used by the standard. I am not sure how to achieve this. Do I have to create a separate tile for my enhancement app? If I create a separate tile how from other apps navigation will point to my enhanced app?

Basically how should we make the launchpad configuration for the enhancement app so that user always navigates to my enhanced app from any other app as well.

In one of the blogs I read -

"When you "extend the standard app", semantic object and action should be same as standard app because other standard apps may call the app. "Application Alias" handles this situation and your extended app will be called.

If the app is Fiori-like custom app, you can define own semantic object."

I am not able to find where we can set the application alias when we set the target mappings. Not sure what I am missing here..

Resolved, I figured out the missing link

That was roles - very basic but somehow I missed. Just need to add the Zcatalog with reference of target mapping which you have created to the roles.

If someone is facing same issue then please follow the Blog from Carlos and take care of your roles.
