Hi,

SAP Intelligent RPA Service Stuck at Configuring Desktop Agent. I have tried number of restarts etc. but still after multiple runs the service gets stuck. Process was working 2-3 hrs back & suddenly it got stuck on this.

Dear Nikhil,

Specify your Desktop Agent version, version of iRPA web extension and SDKs version. It may have significant impact to your issue.

You can kill the instance of Desktop Agent in Task manager and RPA instance as well.Exit the Chrome browser and open the tenant new in the chrome window.

Hope you had not closed the browser but had Exit the browser from Status bar which would kill all instances of Chrome.

If you are still facing the issue, please message me personally through chat.

I updated the BAPI SKD last week after seeing some contributors’ responses and yours indeed, but it did nothing. Another update had the issue fixed two days ago.

Installation of Desktop Agent version 2.0.21 is solving the issue. Can you please check and confirm

Hi Chaitanya Priya Puvvada,

I'm facing the exact same issue here. I have the latest versions of Desktop Agent, web extension and SDKs and I'm stuck at Configuring Desktop Agent. It was working perfectly well a few hours ago.

Is this issue still topical?
